The room was surprisingly nice, with a mix of antique furniture and modern amenities. The bathroom was modern and stocked with high-quality toiletries, which smelled amazing. the view from the balcony was pretty and enjoyable.
Parking was a major hassle, with only a limited number of spaces available. The receptionist was rude when we parked temporarily to unload our luggage.

We had a fantastic stay at this venue! The location is ideal for exploring the city, with plenty of delicious dining options close by in the Westend area. Our room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. We had a cozy room with high ceilings and comfortable furniture. The traditional German pub next door was a great place for good food and drinks. The location in the business area was perfect for our work needs. The hotel's 24-hour reception provided excellent assistance with various issues, including restaurant recommendations in a different city. The peaceful and beautiful neighborhood was a pleasant surprise. Despite some minor drawbacks like limited WiFi and not receiving breakfast despite paying for a superior room, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Great neighborhood, near palm garden and open market. Supermarket and restaurants close by. Comfortable heated room with fantastic beds. Helpful maintenance staff. Friendly and efficient receptionist. Quiet and comfortable stay.
